Topic: Multipoles contributions in electromagnetics

Dr. Alexey Basharin received the M.Sc. degree in radiophysics from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), Russia in 2003 and a Ph.D. in electrophysics from Institute of Theoretical and Applied Electrodynamics of Russia Academy of Science (ITAE RAS) Moscow, in 2010. During 2010-2013 he was postdoctoral researcher in The Institute of Electronic Structure and Laser of the Foundation for Research and Technology-Hellas, Heraklion, Crete, Greece and 2013-2015 with the Institut Langevin, ESPCI, Paris, France. In September 2016 he joined the Department of Theoretical Physics and Quantum Technology department and the Laboratory of Superconducting metamaterials at the National University of Science and Technology MISiS, Russia as Associate Professor and researcher.  He is Visiting professor at the Politechnica di Torino, Italy. Alexey Basharin has co-authored over 70 papers, more than 20 invited presentations and 2 patents. Moreover, he is author of 3 lecture courses in physics, plasmonics and metamaterials.
